The human eye cannot freeze frame a breaking wave, or stop its climb up a slope of beach. The sea never stands still, and is beautiful even when it is ugly. Nobody can remember a wave coming in, but put a Mother and child on the beach and that image will not be forgotten. Look up the work of Sir Russell Flint, and you will see that truth come to life. Painting a breaking wave is as exciting as capturing the spirit of a beautiful smile.. This is what I try achieve. This is where I live.
